That sounds like good news!
Continuing to pray for her, for you, your family, and her medical team.

Good that they caught it now before it broke and traveled. She'll probably have to be on blood thinners (think Asprin) for a while, just to be sure. She's in good hands nowadays, Wil. My Dad's a heart attack survivor.

Be careful with the coumadin. Very effective treatment, also risky. The doctor will brief her on symptoms to watch out for, and they'll be monitoring blood levels of the medication like a hawk. If you see anything odd, don't hesitate to call the doctor's office and let them know. There are newer alternatives that are less risky, but I don't know if they are as effective - the doctor'll know best on that score based on her condition and history.
AFAIK thier main advantage is less interactions with other drugs (with coumadin you're not told what drus you cannot take, but which ones you can, as the list is shorter....)
I found out from the ER doc where clot #2 is - it's a partial obstruction of the vena cava.
I hope that means that since it is located, they can take care of it safely as they did the one in her leg. Continuing to pray for y'all.
Apparently not - I'm uncertain as to why, but they are not attacking that one.
