Converted medical bay

Most of the small ships (under 200 dTons) that I have seen, do not actually provide 20 dTons of bridge, so it sort of works out in the end.

Other than that I can see some sense in it but I would include both Steward and Gunner stations on ships supporting such requirements.
I could never figure out what a "Steward's Station" would actually do, so I just assigned the steward an oversized office/cabin in the passenger section. (see cabin 5 of the Standard Passenger Module, below)

If you have an idea for what a Bridge station for a steward would be for, I'd love to hear it.

CT specifies 1 dTon fire control for the gunner when a turret is installed. I have no problem with a "Gunner Station" on the bridge, but I would add the fire control dTons to the bridge 20 dTons if I located the station on the bridge. A 1000 dTon ship still only required a 20 dTon bridge, but it could have 10 gunners - that extra 10 dTons of fire control could make a nice Combat Command Center adjacent to the "Bridge".

Don't know much about medical bays, but I just love your designs, illustrations and the way you present information, Arthur!

Sort of.

The other 26 pages are HERE (scroll around the bottom of the page).

I have a
* Passenger Module
* Bridge Module
* Crew Module
and a collection of
* Engineering Modules.
Plus a few ways to use them. I have some hand sketches for a 'BETA' series of modules and a 400 dTon ship to use them, but I need to finish a vehicle for the Vehicle Design Contest, first.
