Deckplan graphics and utilities

I've been toying with creating deck-plans in visio. What's cool about Visio is that I can set my architechtural ratios to match the values in the game and then have volume generated.

Haven't created full templates yet though (and visio isn't free either).

I'd love to find a FREEWARE dsign tool if possible......
