In order to consolidate two of my T20 projects, I'm going to convert the Tango Two Zero ezine into the "Gothic Nebula" ezine. The only real change is that I'm going to keep all of the material open game license, which is a little more flexible than if I use Marc Miller's proprietary game content. The Gothic Nebula concept is the T20 open game license sci-fi rules, tweaked for play in a less hard-science, more space operatic campaign. In other words, it's not a stand alone game, but it doesn't use the Traveller universe.
I'm going to delay the first issue until the sobig virus expires on September 10. I'm getting hammered with viral spam right now.
I'm still taking any contributions of anything T20 that doesn't use the Traveller Setting. In other words, I can't use Jame's Falkenberg landgrab, but I can use generic landgrabs, NPCs, equipment, and patron encounters - anything that incorporates the T20 game mechanic but not place names or other "product identity."
The ezine is still to be free of charge, and other than granting me a license to post it and email it, the author retains copyright.
