Hello

However, don't worry however contentious we get here, Uloitu, we are just one big community. Just beware of getting warped in by Trader Jim and his troublesome cohorts.

Thanks for the welcome. I may have some questions soon, but for right now I really don't know what to ask. Going to get the Classic books (I don't have any yet. . . am relying on our GM for now) either thru here or at a local place that happens to carry some. Agian thanks for the welcome.

Here's to you finding a game! You can use the Recruiting Office (here: Click Link) to give a shout for gamers local or net-worked. Or do a search of that forum and see who is already close.

I've found this forum one of the best Traveller
discussion groups I've visited. I've been absent for awhile but that's mostly due to more mundane concerns. Hopefully I'll be able to spend a little more time with my hobby & my website in 2006.

I've been grazing around the site and forum a couple of times recently. This is a cool place. I don't post much because I'm so new at Traveller that I really don't know what to ask yet. I just joined a group that meets about once a month (although it'll be about six weeks this time around) so there's not too much experience yet. Don't quite a lot of D&D though.

Hello. I'm brand new here. Just getting involved with Classic Traveller for the first time. I saw the game a long time ago when I was going to an Air Force tech school and only had a week of exposure to it back in 1984
I too am a born again CT player. Welcome back into the fold. In case you many have lost your LBBs and did not know all of the classic books are available in reprint editions.

Aramis,
Yeah, Traveller all too easily becomes an obsession.
It is not! I can stop any time I want.

Really I can.

Welcome Uloitu and Mark D.

I've found this forum one of the best Traveller discussion groups I've visited.
I'd second that, after looking obsessively over old threads I'd say this is one of the best RPG discussion groups period, for maturity and intelligent discussion even in the face of heated debate.
