Lemme take a quick look around the shop here...
81. A complete set of self-study training manuals for a technical skill. Roll 1D: 1 or 2 for "Computer"; 3 or 4 for "Electronic"; 5 or 6 for "Mechanical". Studying this course for one full year (at least 10 hours per week) will increase the relevant technical skill level by one point, or impart that skill at level 1 if the character did not have that skill before. Cr100 per set.
82. A complete set of self-study training manuals for an advanced skill. Roll 1D: 1 or 2 for "Engineer"; 3 or 4 for "Medical"; 5 or 6 for "Navigator". Studying this course for one full year (at least 10 hours per week) will increase the relevant technical skill level by one point, but will not impart that skill if the character did not have it. Cr1000 per set.
83. A glass pyramid paperweight. Diffracts white light into a myriad of patterns and colors for hours of fun and amusement. Projects a blueprint of the interior of a pyramid when a beam of coherent light of a specific wavelength strikes it at a specific spot. The location of the projected pyramid is unknown. Cr10/OBO
84. A liter of non-toxic fluorescent paint. Ivory white in normal lighting. Glows bright green when exposed to ultraviolet light, yellow when exposed to alpha particles, orange when exposed to beta particles, and red when exposed to gamma radiation. Dominant radiation determines dominant color. Hand-written label, and no Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS). Cr20.
85. A set of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDSs). 1/6 chance per week of finding an MSDS for a specific substance. Allows DM+1 to medical diagnostics and DM+1 to medical treatment skill rolls for one specific substance, provided the character uses the MSDS during diagnosis and treatment of toxicity. Cr10 per copy.
86. A set of military equipment training and service manuals. 1/6 chance per week of finding a manual for a specific piece of military hardware. Each is stamped "DECLASSIFIED." Allows DM +2 to all repair skill rolls for that specific piece of military equipment, provided the character uses the manual during repairs. Cr50 per copy.
87. A set of rubber stamps used by the military. Included are "APPROVED", "RECEIVED", "CONFIDENTIAL", "SECRET", "TOP SECRET", "REFER TO________". "DECLASSIFIED", "EYES ONLY", "FOR TRAINING PURPOSES ONLY" and "DESTROY BEFORE READING". Cr10 for the whole set, Cr2 for individual pieces. The "DECLASSIFIED" stamp seems to have been used quite a bit recently.
