(a running gun battle draws nearer. )
(Slowly, very much out of breath, Dave come back into his house. Not much has changed, just a few more layers of dust.
Booting up the old Pentinum computer, wondering if his other friends are still alive.
Mumbling under his breath, "That will teach those black suits not to mess with me anymore.'
While still waiting for the old computer to warm up (tubes you know) he checks over his vast arsenal of weapons to make sure that he still has more guns than IQ points.
12, 14, 15, yep that all of them.
Noticing the computer is finally on line. He sits down to talk to any who would listen.)
Oh, vera funny Dave...um...Dave?
Sorry, sometimes a very stupid moment comes over me. I try to have a good laugh or 3 when ever I can. I figure that you can't see how funny you are then you sure as shouldn't be talking trash about others.
I actually feel better knowing that it's a British program(me) than an American one. When the Yankee Skynet goes up, I'm sure there's gonna be nothing between the rest of us and Sweet Oblivion but about five minutes of prayer time. On the other hand, no British Skynet will ever get to within five minutes of full implementation before The Doctor and his Bird of the Week show up to pull the plug on it.
I sorry, G. you are slightly mistaken. IF the computer was truly British then you are correct, it would have never happened. But since it did happen, IT Must Be American Made, (or atleast assembled here.) And since the Americans are to blame for every problem there is in the world, Skynet did the only thing that made sense to it. Take out America. After all the movies would lie to us, would they.
