In the TNE, the area controlled by Norris became the Regency.

With them hemmed in on all sides, did the Scout service survive or was it merged with another branch of service?

From memory the communications office was expanded to service the expanded Jump-Web system, and the internal security / mapping divisions are still present.

Lots of detached duty scouts got called up for quarentine duty. The contact & liaison and exterior mapping depts got gutted.
