Looks like a video-game adaptation or something, probably an MMO considering they mention the Hero engine (which was used for SW:TOR MMO). Doesn't look like there's much traffic there though. Probably looking to get enough work done so they can Kickstart it, and solicit the license once they have something to show.

Usually all that happens without a public forum though.
