It IS one of the best, however I can only do some many designs in my 'spare' time, and I want to do that one justice.

Dear Folks -

I'm still after a Scouts cap - a black cap with a "proper" Imperial sunburst, in red, on it...

Trouble is, the "proper" sunburst would be copyrighted by Marc.

I kinda surprised he hasn't put out things like the sunburst, the 1188th logo, and the Arrival Vengance patches on Cafepress himself!

Three solutions for ya ...

1. I can do one of my 'fake' sunbursts in red and put it on the black cap (note it will be in a white oval).

2. You can go to Cafepress and upload a 'pirated' copy of the red sunburst on a custom design that you make just for yourself. No one else can buy it or use the image. Again you will have a white oval area around the sunburst.

3. Find another print on-demand supplier that offers printing on all black caps, and then do #2 with them.

For that matter you might as well talk to Random Goblin. He has a whole page with red sunbursts. All he needs to do is make it available on a black cap with a white oval. He already has it on a white cap:

Hey, the sunburst isn't red but the cap is black, from our very own CotI cafepress Store:

If I recall my basic art instruction a little work with a marker or dye the right shade of magenta might turn the yellow sunburst red. *

As a seven term traveller, I have found that t-shirts have been shrinking on me lately.Especially the white ones. Black ones, however seem to serve slightly better. Any one do any of those designs on a black t shirt?
