Trouble with CT CD-ROM

Today I just received my CT CD-ROM and am going through the pdf's.
However, I was unable to access S11, S12 and S13 because of a faulty disk.
(It keeps stating "cyclic redundancy error", whatever that means...)

Is anyone here aware of a contact email for farfuture and/or M. Miller?

In the meantime have you tried opening the pdf's manually? One on my CD is incorrectly cataloged so the only way I can use it is to open it myself from windows explorer.

Yeah, try using explorer.exe and copying the files to a folder on your hard-disk.

If that doesn't work, then it might need an exchange. FFE was great, when I bought the Classic Reprint series. I had a nasty fold thru the cover on one, and they sent me a new one free.

UPDATE: It appears that I was able to contact Planet Miller. Good news is I just got an email back from Mr. Miller and he said he'd mail a replacement on Monday. What a great guy!
