I think your right, the "Equalizer" is a good comparison. "The Prisoner" always struck me as too weird and surreal to be comparable to much anything else on TV (it kind of felt like it was in a Genre all its own).

Likely candidates would be Firefly, Battlestar Galactica, the old Doctor Who, Space Above & Beyond, Space 1999. What other TV shows are reflected in your Traveller Universe?

Ever since becoming a fan of Firefly, I've been wanting to do a campaign in the setting, but with a better layout of stars and planets. I'm still getting the rules down for MGT (RTT to most of you) but hope to use the MGT rules to accomplish this.
