Does SS3-O put a cap on G-burns of fuel

Hi all,

I though I read somewhere in SS3 that the G-burns of fuel where limited the maximum 12 like Mayday.

The only place I've seen a limit is in the basic propulsion tables, which we know doesn't match the written rules on page 4 or the equations shown on page 14.

Does anyone know if SS3 actually puts a limit on G-burns and if they do can I get the page number?

If there is no cap on G-burns of Fuel, my CT Special Supplemet 3 Missiles & Consolidated CT Errata topic is out to lunch.

Unfortunately, that means SS3 with errata and SS3-R changes a whole lot of rules.

Ss3

Just took a look at SS3 but find no limit of 12 burns stated. Like you said, the tables all go through 12 though. There is a formula on p14 on Propulsion System Costs that allows you to input the number of burns (B) as a variable with no limit noted.

I can find the 12 limit in Mayday but not in SS3.

Perhaps the tables in SS3 going to 12 means that the limit should be there but was omitted by accident?

Thanks for checking and confirming that I was confused.

Of course, the Consolidated CT Errata does make changes based on some of the lost material that Marc Miller and others did 20+ year ago. Actually the changes where incorporated in the SS3 that is part of the CT CD media.
