Yeah. Unfortunately, stupidity is not simply a genetic trait. It crops up in entirely new bloodlines all the time. Plus, the genetic component seems to breed faster than it can kill itself off. /sigh/

Indeed, it breeds as fast/often as an INT roll comes up 6 or less... (that's in the TU)
