General Geomagnetic Activity table

So there's a Geomagnetic storm this week. I grabbed some info off of the NOAA chart they showed in an article about the storm.

Geomagnetic Activity
1.) None
2.) Active
3.) Minor Storm
4.) Moderate Storm
5.) Strong Storm
6.) Extreme Storm

The stronger the Storm, the more chance of an Aurora Borealis. Plus electronics disruptions possible, too.

Just a bit of background for the Referee to use.

The random distribition should be logarithmic, not linear -- catastrophic events should be very unlikely. Annoying ones can be as likely as the narrative requires, though!

It's definitely Extreme, but it shouldn't be on a random roll, I don't think.
