I like the Cambot and translator ideas. Two problems. Are we going to broadcast live to all Capital? Will this happen before, during, or after prime time? We may need to delay it to prevent any obscenities from corrupting minds of the children and weak willed.

The Archduke of Vland, and any other pushed off the balcony, may utter any word(s) they wish, including any off color comments. BUT, I will add this caveat. For each word that does not meet my standards of dignity and decency, I shall promote each and every family member ALSO to the title of Archduke, and then have THEM pushed out of the balcony by the respective raffle winners. (Or by Sir Jame in the case of Vland, by prior arrangement). So, if they wish to swear on prime time, so be it...as long as they know that each naughty word means a family member adds to the mess o'Archduke splatter down below!

Well, remember that I have the topmost suite of the Imperial palace, and that the palace is just slightly shorter then the Moot Spire. Now...I do believe the Moot Spire is about a Kilometer tall...so...given that the palace is a tad shorter, and that the balcony is near the roof, not on the roof...call it a good 900 meter drop?

If a member trys to move out of the way that would a be dereliction of duty, and they would get a private invitation to the Imperial Balcony and participate in the festivities.
