In any case, I found myself pulling out my copy of Supplement 11, the Nobles essay, to see what I was entitled to.

Actually, You get 7 and 7 (8?) hexes for the Baron title since it is cumulative.

I would happily contribute my writeup of Cyan (with help from rancke, I suspect), plus a chargen of an idealized and Travellerized version of myself, if this is the case.

I rather doubt it

And Marc himself doesn't seem to much lurk here, relying on third party relay of info. He has enough to keep him busy getting T5 done without needing to mess with the user stuff some of us might throw out there.

As for what to do with it, I suggest the old TML (resurrected) Landgrab:

That's about as close as one can get to "official" writeups without actual canon publishing.

Andrew, please express my thanks to Marc again. With 8 hexes of territory ( 4 on the homeworld and 4 somewhere else) we've got plenty of room to play with. So that means I would have a small estate on Regina ( my homeworld) and one somewhere else in the Marches. If we could organize a list for T5, that would be fantastic. Just like what they did with FFW.

A very belated Birthday to Mssr. Miller.

I treasure the moments I've had since age 11, in 1977, playing Traveller, Before encountering D&D, generating worlds, and a few campaigns, and the players I've met at Con Traveller events I've run over the years, from Dayton, Ohio.

Because of Marc, I gamed in Harold Hale's Campaign, met more than a few GDW luminaries, and started writing my own science fiction.

In the Persian Gulf, by flashlight with red lens, and 2d6, sitting behind a .50 caliber MG, I generated a Traveller campaign aboard a ship of war, in 1989.

Hail and well met, across the distance.
