Rail-based Vehicles

Is anyone working on rules to create rail-based vehicles (Rail road trains, mag-lev trains, monorails, etc) using the T20 Vehicle Design system?

Or alternately, how are you designing such vehicles for T20?

Not seen any rail vehicles using T20. The only ones I have seen are megatraveller versions in the Dean Files.

If anyone would striker-ise this, an External Combustion engine would be handy - IIRC TL5-6 locomotives still used steam..

And TL5-6 trains were sometimes, in the times of war, armed and armored to resist attacks. This is not to mention the TL5 train-car mounted ultra-heavy cannons.
