While perusing the Stellar Reaches thread I linked to knight and knaves and found a link to Leighton Pipers site. He was working on bringing all 13 issues to downloadable pdf format. Only issues 1-4 were available and the last update on the thread was dated 2006.

Is this project still ongoing?

I grabbed Signal GK, Third Imperium, Stellar Reaches, Security leak, and TTT. Are there any other fanzines from the past or current sites I might look for?
I really liked a fanzine called Coreward from canada, back in the day.

Also what is the mongoose web site?

The AAB Proceedings and the Meshan Saga (from the HIWG) can be found with Google-fu (essentially taking from the cache) also (if you have Bittorrent) they are on the HIWG CD ROM along with some of the smaller fanzines.
