Starport law levels

I just downloaded the Starports supplement from the Files Library, and it looks like it might be useful. It does have eight pages with Marc's views on starports, which is quite interesting. The Port Authority sets the Law Level at the starport through its regulations. Ordinary behavior will generally keep one within the regulations. Based on that, a Law Level greater than "0" can be assumed. Also, while the Imperium starports possess extraterritoriality, the local world or system government does have some influence over what is permitted at the starport.

I would say that it is well worth the free download.
