If you are talking actual LBB, as opposed to all the other CT suff, I'd have to say 76 Patrons, because I've used it so many times to run one-off games or to fill in quiet points in longer campaigns.
If you are talking about any CT publication, then the Alien Modules are great.
But there is such a lot of good stuff to choose from (I'd like to echo the comments on this thread about the Traveller Book and Adventure).
