Yes, the entry that says "Chassis: Streamlined" and the entry that says "Propulsion: 500kph" are incompatible. So, either they've defined a brick as "streamlined" compared to an open spaceframe, or they're using a fusion powered grav drive to spin a propeller (speed comparable to a C-130).
