Combining the rolls may be a good idea to speed everything up...

Hmmm... will a combined roll work with your table unmodified? LBB2 requires that the roll pass 8+, on your table a roll of 2+ (modified by everything) hits. Will it fit the LBB2 to-hit chances, or should we move the table one "level" up?

Also, I think that certain atmosphere kinds will act as "sand" (though thin, but dense, "sand") when ships fire lasers/plasma/fusion against ground targets.
