Official Trav stats for Dulinor/Lucan/Ciencia? (Non-GURPS)

So I found official Traveller stats for Duke Norris and Strephon in 'Arrival Vengeance' for MegaTraveller.

I'm also looking for official Trav stats (but not GURPS Traveller- I already have Gurps Trav: Nobles) for Dulinor, Lucan and Ciencia Iphegenia. Did they ever appear in any Classic, MegaTrav, MT, New Era or other flavour of Traveller anywhere?

I just happen to have Traveller Digest #9 out because I've been thinking about nobility and titles a great deal...

Gives 1104 MT stats for:

Stephon, Iolanthe, Cicenia, Dulinor, Jessica (D's wife), Isis (D's daughter), and the Imperial Poet Laureate - Baron Lii Makkiir

All within Knight Falls on Capital adventure.

In Lion at Bay, the adventure set during the Assassination, it gives the stats for both Stephon and Dulinor in 1116.
