[Proto-Traveller] How much map do you really need?

Kind of a hybrid Dark Nebula and Rift, really.

Subsector by subsector, we can craft a better Imerium! A gritty, dark imperium!Mwuahhahahahahaha!

I can go for Aramis' map, with two caveats:
- The breakdowns of the SM and SR are typoes, not changes.
- Coreward of Vland is competely open (no Vargr or other major powers).

I would push the rift down one subsector in the ORV, but can live with the above. I think it would help to have some human and Aslan client states (small, sub-subsector sized ones) intermingled along the rift.

I think the Julians need more territory. Remember, these guys beat the Imperium outright. A five subsector empire ain't gonna cut that.

Also, where are the K'kree? Yeah, I hate them, too, but they should still be on the map.

The map doesn't go far enough to the right to include the K'Kree.

I didn't have good enough data on the JP to make any valid info there.. They'd be next sector right of Maranatha Alkahest and Cruicis Margins. Julians could easily fill out rest of sector.

Anybody got the old Known Space map posted? I want to reference it... and can't find my Lib Data LBB's

That's the map I currently have up on my wall

Nice interactive version though.

Aramis's map seems to be the general consensus, but I still like my map more.
;) It makes the 3I bigger, yes, but still small. The Zhodani should have more room, not as much as the 3I, but more than the Vargr (but as I said, we're centered on the 3I).

Get me better data then! All I need to do is drop in a file to update any sector.

I have two datasets for Core handy; both have issues. Send me e-mail (inexorabletash@hotmail.com) if you want to help clean it up.
