I'd say the Hivers and the Virushi would be quite rare. Aslans certainly wouldn't be at the bottom of the list. Droyne would be rare unless you visited one of the Droyne worlds, but there are a few around. And I'd add at least one to the list above, the Bwaps, found wherever the Imperium needs more than three bureaucrats in the same place.

If you must get BtC, don't procrastinate, as it is also oop. It is still availlable in a lot of places, but will get scarce soon I believe. Either find CT originals of what you want on eBay, or get the reprints, also on eBay if you can, because they are cheaper there. Tons of sources out there if you look.
