How editable do you need? Have you looked at the one in the eLibrary? There is a lot more to this site, to explore* when you have time but to get you off to a quick start here's a direct link (you will need to be logged in):

Hmm, that's odd, I could have sworn that pdf used to accept input
Two page form pdf character sheet at this site under Traveller (i.e. no Prior History sheet)
He designed the character sheet in the THB. There is errata for the character sheet but it's for the third page only IIRC.

Thanks Casey, I do have the newer one from The Mad Irishman's site. I just thought I'd check the one I linked on the site here and its a year older and not a form version. Odd?
Kind've. From the sounds of it he's a very busy guy who sees little money from all the character sheets he designs, likely hasn't played T20, and got his copy of the THB waaaaaaaaaaay late if he ever did get it. So I'm not suprised 1) that he's never corrected the original design or updated the form sheet on his site 2) a new version / form version hasn't show up here which tends to put elibrary stuff up in spurts.
Would be nice though and likely wouldn't take much to correct.
