Weren't we speaking of Carousing minus one to be the same as Steward skill?

I couldn't find where we were speaking of that--maybe it was another thread. And, I thought it was only the MT version of Carousing that spoke to Carousing minus one = Steward.

But, check out Book 7, page 29 and page 38.

If you can carouse, you can also be a steward, at least by official CT standards.

Another option would be to give each player EDU/2 zero-level skills to assign as she pleases and as they fit the character.
